I wish to bring to your attention the efforts of Chris in tech support. I recently purchased an AGT4000 pms 24v generator second hand and without any controls. It was reputed to be ex. RNLI so I had high hopes it would be a good set. With the help of Chris I was able to run it for the first time in 3 years!! What is so exceptional about that I hear you ask. Well I will tell you, Chris took the time late on a Friday evening to answer my queries and give me the technical knowledge to get the motor up and running the following day (Saturday) without the actuator. He continued to provide me with support throughout Saturday and most of Sunday morning, answering my texts and even speaking to me on his mobile phone at times to explain things. Obviously, I cannot thank him enough for his efforts. I am thrilled to bits with my generator but feel Chris deserves a mention. What he did for me was way, way above the call of duty. He made himself available over the weekend to help me out and I think that deserves a special mention. If he was in Yorkshire where I am based I would certainly be seeking him out to buy the man a drink!! You now have a very very happy F.P. customer. Please bring my remarks to his attention.
