The British Marine Electrical and Electronics Association (BMEEA) is a trade organisation that represents installers and manufactures of electrical and electronic equipment specifically for use in marine environments. The concept is to further bring the need for trained personnel to be used on power installations that are certificated to a recognised level as. Inevitably, the marine industry will eventually be required to comply to a national standard (as with buildings and more recently, vehicles).
The BMEEA holds an annual Conference for its members that features some of the very best speakers from both inside and outside the industry. At this years, recent 2016 conference Fischer Panda UK proudly sponsored the 'Best Newly Certified Electrical Technician of the Year' award.The award will be made annually which Fischer Panda will continue to support
As part one of the strategy all BMEEA members should have at least one BMET trained technician in they're engineering staff . We're pleased to confirm that all of ours have passed this exam with flying colours!!
